Information you give us

When you choose a consultation button on this page, an enquiry form opens. The form is provided by LeadConnector (HighLevel) and is displayed inside this page. At the time of drafting it asked for your full name, phone number (required), email address (required) and a free-text description of your skincare needs. Anything you type into the form is sent to our LeadConnector account so the clinic can follow up with you.

Please do not include detailed medical history or sensitive health information in the free-text field. Share those details only with the clinic during your consultation.

  • The enquiry form is loaded from api.leadconnectorhq.com. LeadConnector may use cookies or similar technologies. When the form loads it was observed to contact LeadConnector services for session/attribution and approximate-location lookups, and it appears to use a bot-protection challenge. Their handling of data is described in LeadConnector's own policies.
  • Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google servers when the page loads.
  • The “Get Directions” and Google rating links open Google Maps, a separate site with its own privacy practices.
